Low deposit casinos payment methods: the wallet sets your minimum

At UK casinos the minimum deposit is written per method, not per brand. This page lines the methods up, from debit card to Paysafecard, with the figure each casino prints for them.

Short answer

Debit cards, Apple Pay and Pay by Bank carry the lowest figures in the pages we read: £1 at Lottoland, £5 at Mecca Bingo, Kitty Bingo and William Hill. PayPal and Paysafecard more often cost £10. Credit cards are refused at every casino here, and only Sky Vegas says its Pay by Bank line has no minimum at all.

Low deposit casinos payment methods are not a side detail. One casino can accept £5 on one line of its cashier and ask for £10 on the next, so what you can start with depends on the wallet in your hand before it depends on the brand. This page goes through the methods one by one, using what the casino pages said on 22 October 2026, and it names the brand beside each figure. If you would rather start from the casino, the home page sorts all fourteen by minimum.

Why low deposit casinos payment methods carry separate minimums

A casino pays a processing cost for each method and writes a floor for each one, so the result is a small table rather than a single number. At Mecca Bingo that table starts at £5 and jumps to £10 on one row. At Lottoland it starts at £1 and rises to £2 on one row. At Casumo it is a flat £10 on every row. The summary below gives the lowest and the highest figure we read for each method.

The picture shows where the limits sit. Mecca, Kitty and Rialto print a row per method, Coral and Gala keep one help article per method, and Sky Vegas puts its rule in the terms. When you compare low deposit casinos payment methods, read the row for your own method, not the heading above the table.

Debit cards: the method every brand takes

A debit card is the line most often named in a casino's minimum. Visa and Mastercard are £1 at Lottoland, £5 at Mecca Bingo, Kitty Bingo and William Hill, and £10 at Casumo, MrQ, 32Red, Rialto and Mecca Games. William Hill also prints a card maximum of £99,000 for deposits and £33,000 for withdrawals, which is far above any small deposit.

Visa and Mastercard start at £1 at Lottoland, £5 at Mecca Bingo and £10 at Casumo and MrQ.

Three practical rules recur. The card must be in your name: Sky Vegas, 32Red, Tombola and Lottoland all say so. The number of cards is capped: three debit cards at Sky Vegas and 32Red, and at MrQ a maximum of five methods in total, of which three can be cards and one a PayPal account. MrQ adds that it does not take payments from virtual network operators. And credit cards are out. Sky Vegas names credit cards loaded into Apple Pay or another online payment service as excluded too, and Tombola dates the ban to April 2020.

Apple Pay and Google Pay

Apple Pay is the method that most often undercuts the rest, but only at one brand. Lottoland, Mecca Bingo, Kitty Bingo, William Hill and Sky Vegas take it at the same floor as their cards. At Mecca Games Apple Pay starts at £5 while Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Paysafecard and instant bank transfer start at £10, so the wallet halves the minimum. MrQ, Rialto and Genting Casino ask £10.

Google Pay appears on fewer pages. Coral and Gala Casino confirm £5 with a £5,000 maximum, and MrQ and Genting Casino list £10. Sky Vegas has removed Google Pay along with PayPal. Both wallets sit on top of a card, so the debit-only rule applies underneath.

PayPal: where the gap between brands is widest

PayPal is the method that most often costs double. Kitty Bingo keeps it at £5. Mecca Bingo asks £10 against £5 on its cards, and William Hill asks £10 for both deposit and withdrawal with a £5,500 maximum. Mecca Games, MrQ, Rialto and Genting Casino also list £10, and 32Red prints a range of £10 to £10,000. Lottoland's deposit table does not name PayPal at all.

The eligibility notes matter as much as the figure. Mecca Bingo says PayPal is not available for first-time deposits or its welcome offer. Tombola lets a player deposit by PayPal only if it was already registered and used in the last six months. MrQ goes the other way: it says PayPal can be used to claim its bonus offers, and that it may ask for ID if the PayPal account is unverified.

Pay by Bank, Trustly and instant bank transfer

Among low deposit casinos payment methods, bank payments are the second route to a low floor. Lottoland lists both Trustly and Pay by Bank at £1. Mecca Bingo and Kitty Bingo list instant bank transfer at £5, William Hill, Coral and Gala Casino list Pay by Bank at £5, and Genting Casino lists Trustly at £10. Casumo offers Trustly and instant banking inside its flat £10. Sky Vegas goes further on paper, and the no minimum deposit casino UK page explains why we still count it at £5.

Sky Vegas is the case to read twice. Its terms, clause 9.7, set £5 for all methods, while its Deposit Queries article says that for Pay by Bank there is no minimum amount. Its Pay by Bank page adds that limits depend on your bank and that a first withdrawal takes at least 90 minutes. Because the two statements disagree, plan around £5. 32Red takes no direct bank transfers into the balance and points to Trustly instead.

Paysafecard and other vouchers

In low deposit casinos payment methods, a voucher gives you a cap you set in advance, which suits a small deposit, but the minimums vary. Lottoland asks £2, Mecca Bingo and Kitty Bingo £5, and William Hill, Mecca Games, Rialto and Genting Casino £10. At 32Red the MyPaysafeCard range is £10 to £425, and 32Red notes that it can lower the limit for some methods.

The catch is the way back. Mecca Bingo and Kitty Bingo mark Paysafecard as deposit only. 32Red asks for a different method for withdrawals, and William Hill pays Paysafecard withdrawals by bank transfer with a £25 minimum and 3 to 5 working days. If you deposit by voucher, check the withdrawal row before you pay in.

Skrill, Payz, MuchBetter and Revolut Pay

Smaller wallets turn up at a few brands. Lottoland takes MuchBetter at £1. Genting Casino lists Skrill and Payz, the service formerly called Neteller, at £10, and William Hill lists Skrill at £10 for deposits and £5 for withdrawals. Sky Vegas describes Revolut Pay for pound accounts on its deposit help page without stating a minimum.

The routine for low deposit casinos payment methods is short, and the picture shows it. Open the cashier, find your method's row, read the minimum, check whether the bonus has its own rule, and only then pick the amount. The table lists the one check that matters most for each method.

Small deposit questions

Which payment method has the lowest minimum at low deposit casinos?

Debit card, Apple Pay, Trustly and Pay by Bank are all £1 at Lottoland. Elsewhere the lowest named lines are £5: cards and Apple Pay at Mecca Bingo, Kitty Bingo and William Hill, Google Pay at Coral and Gala Casino. Sky Vegas says its Pay by Bank line has no minimum, although its terms state £5 for every method.

Why is PayPal more expensive than a card at some casinos?

Each casino sets a floor for each method. Mecca Bingo asks £5 on cards and £10 on PayPal, and William Hill asks £5 on a debit card and £10 on PayPal. Kitty Bingo is the exception we read, with PayPal at £5. The pages do not give a reason for the difference.

Can I use a credit card, or a credit card inside Apple Pay or PayPal?

No. Sky Vegas names credit cards registered with an online payment service such as Apple Pay as excluded, William Hill says UK customers cannot fund PayPal from a credit card, and Tombola says the ban reaches wallets as well. Use a debit card, bank payment or voucher.

Does Paysafecard work for withdrawals?

Not on the pages we read. Mecca Bingo and Kitty Bingo mark it as deposit only, 32Red asks for another method to withdraw, and William Hill pays Paysafecard withdrawals by bank transfer with a £25 minimum. Plan on a bank or card payout.

Does the payment method change whether I get the welcome offer?

Sometimes. Mecca Bingo says PayPal is not available for first deposits or the welcome offer. Sky Vegas says a promotion deposit must be made by debit card or Apple Pay. MrQ says PayPal can be used to claim its offers. Check the offer terms for the method you plan to use.
